I like this photo, but I don't consider it 'spectacular' and the destination was certainly not exotic. It goes to show you can get a pretty 'off-the-wall' photo from a mundane location ;-)

I've heard about Mr. Turner. Their opinion of him around here seems to be pretty low, and they distance themselves from him and his operations as much as they can. I think he has put a stigma on the whole idea of travel clubs. I confess I'm satisfied with the service I've gotten.

I haven't seen Chuck in a while (don't come in at the right times, I guess--I show my face about every week) but I'll ask him about the relationship with the BBB next time I see him. last I heard, it was upgraded from a lower setting caused by how recently they had set up shop in DE.

Got any input about the posts on this site? I'd love to get some feedback about how I'm doing...

Rogers
I am thrilled that you remembered me, almost flattered and thank you so much for the kind and accurate words.
when I am home in Maryland early March, I shall give you a call..should my memory brain function!
Thanks again and do come back to antigua
No tremors felt here at all...we all heard the news as you did that evening and were aghast with horror of the situation and the suffering of the Haitian people. There are two Antiguan dignitaries, who were there for a meeting of the Caribban states on global warming problems...or the such like..unfortunately they were staying in one of the hotels that was squashed....no news of them todate...
There is a huge gathering planned at Nelson's Dockyard this Sunday to donate monies to Haiti, 5 bands, food, and drink which should bring in the masses and only $20 ec to get in...I hope it is bursting at the seams and the attendees dig in their pockets for a few extra dollars...I understand donations will be givento Red Cross.
Hope you are staying warm and all is well in your world.
sincerely,
Jennifer

Despite the fact that online booking tools and airline websites occasionally offer great discounting for those who are among the computer cognoscenti, there are millions of people who either short themselves in expense, time, or missed touring opportunities struggling with multi-leg travel arrangements. Services provided by Serenity routinely optimize the brief vacation time I have, by finding the most cost-effective airlines, hotels, and local tours for my budget, and by letting me wande about witout worrying about it.

"...long and tedious like a lot of blogs I read..." Oh dear! I strongly recommend that you delete those long and tedious blogs from your list and stick with us interesting folks! Thanks for the compliment—that's what I try for, and Merry Christmas back atcha. (Now you put a backlink to my blog on your site!)
